Seminole Electric Cooperative, Inc. All-Source RFP

Seminole Electric Cooperative, Inc. (Seminole) is issuing Request for Proposals to solicit offers from interested parties with the intent of securing Proposals for existing and/or new generation and energy storage projects. Driven by a commitment to the nine Member cooperatives, Seminole is soliciting proposals which aid in filling capacity and energy needs with reliable, affordable, and risk-managed resources with emphasis on wholistic energy solutions. Seminole will consider both short-term and long-term Proposals up to 1,500 MW of capacity that fully or partially fulfill Seminole’s needs. Seminole is soliciting Proposals for generation and storage assets of sizes greater than 25 MW_AC of all proven resource types with Commercial Operating Dates beginning January 1st, 2028. Upon registration for this RFP website, potential Respondents will be able to review documentation outlining this RFP as well as the Non-Disclosure Agreement (Appendix A) affiliated with this solicitation. Please note that redlines will not be accepted for this NDA process.

NOTE: Respondents who have fully executed NDAs (Appendix A) on file will have access to the FAQ document under the “Download RFP” tab. This document will be updated weekly as questions are submitted and answered.
